Kalmeer Group (Pty) Ltd collects only the personal information needed to deliver what you ask for — your name and email for newsletters and purchases, and payment details processed securely by our payment provider (we never see or store card numbers). We comply with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected].

Terms & refunds

Digital products are delivered by email after payment. Because digital content is accessible immediately, refunds are offered within 7 days of purchase if the content has a material fault or was misrepresented. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

I See You — ethics & care

Every storyteller approves every word before publication and may withdraw their story at any time. No one we feature ever pays, and no recipient of community support is ever filmed or featured without separate, explicit consent. Storytelling is powerful, but it is not therapy — where professional support is needed, we help people find it.
